This E-Toolbox module is suited for registering and managing the projects of the company related to EHS and tasks arising from legal obligations.




How does the Follow module work?

Responsibilities and deadlines can be added to each task, so the list of open and closed tasks can be displayed sorted by person or group of persons.

How does the modul work?

Business case:

1. A new regulation comes out, there is a new legal requirement

2. A responsible person creates a task as a related item and sends it to an employee. The task is to be checked, that all processes in the factory are legally compliant

3. After the checking process a closing document is created.

4. The document will be uploaded and categorized in the system

5. If the document has an expiration date, the software warns for the upcoming deadline


1.1 Legislation (Think!Legal)

Function: To register laws and regulations. Add relating information such as: the basic data of the law or regulation, amending acts and modifications, and whether the given legislation applies to the company.

denkstatt is offering the content and implications of the law and an audit questionare as an automatic update service in Austria, Hungary, Slovakia and Romania.



It is possible to assign the relevant laws and implications to a company and site.



After opening the law, you can only see those implications which are relevant for the given site and you can also get a brief summary of the content of the law.


The implications are connected to questions, which can be used to assess the conformity of the given site, by answering them periodically and confirming the fulfillment of the given requirement.

With this concept a much more flexible and precise legislation management is possible, which in most cases takes even less time with the content support of denkstatt.

1.2 Documents

Function: To store the basic information about the documents.

Documents can be categorized into three groups based on their “direction”: incoming, outgoing and internal.

When adding a document, the category needs to be defined first.
Besides the basic information about the document (type, responsible person, registration number, deadline),

further information can be added such as: date of receipt, filing, forwarding and other actions; most important items of the document.

Function: To register company projects with basic information such as: project name, connected tasks,
